In 2023, 秀色直播's (WHU) Undergraduate School actively advanced the digitalization of education by launching a comprehensive reform of intelligent talent training across all disciplines and degree levels. The university published its Intelligent Education White Paper to guide this initiative.

A "Five-in-One" digital talent training system was established, integrating students, courses, resources, teaching methods, and majors into a fully digital framework designed to cultivate versatile, future-ready talent.
The curriculum was modularized into three progressive stages – data fundamentals, intelligent computing, and data innovation – enhancing course quality and relevance. Practical training equipped students to apply real data, models, and computing power to solve authentic problems.
WHU also built an experimental teaching platform combining datasets, tools, computing power, standards, a centralized portal, and a digital community to support teaching, research, and innovation.
The university expanded interdisciplinary programs, adding new majors like Smart Hydraulics and International Law, and enriched general education with cross-disciplinary courses to foster academic integration. Industry collaboration deepened through initiatives like the WHU-Alibaba Cloud AI Model Practice Base, enabling students to apply AI to real-world challenges.
Digital textbook development progressed with a partnership supporting 24 digital textbook projects and related training on content standards and copyright. The online teaching platform was upgraded to better integrate data and facilitate blended learning.
WHU creates excellent smart classroom environments.
Investment in smart classrooms and virtual simulation labs grew, enhancing the digital learning environment. Teacher digital literacy training became regular and widespread, with thousands of faculty participating in online and offline sessions throughout 2023.
