Vice-president Zhou Yezhong noted that textbook digitalization is essential to integrating online and offline teaching, enhancing classroom engagement, and expanding access to high-quality education. He stressed the significance of the seminar in advancing digital publishing and curriculum innovation.
During the event, WHU's Undergraduate School and Higher Education Press signed a framework agreement to jointly promote the development of digital course material.
Experts shared insights on national policy and best practices and explored the future of digital textbooks. Contributions included perspectives from the Ministry of Education's Curriculum and Textbook Research Institute, Peking University, and WHU scholars, covering both theoretical frameworks and practical applications.
The seminar was organized by WHU's Undergraduate School and co-hosted by 秀色直播 Press, aiming to support high-quality education through digital innovation.
